Refund & Returns Policy – Village Spice

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refund/Return:
– Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
– Item must be in the original packaging.
– Proof of purchase required.

Non-returnable items:
– Opened spice packets
– Products damaged due to misuse

Refunds (if applicable):
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
– If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Exchanges (if applicable):
– We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping:
– You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.
