Village Spice

Our Story

The Story of Founder

Anamika Shakya grew up in a small village where she witnessed the struggles of women who worked hard but rarely got recognition. From an early age, she dreamed of creating something meaningful that could bring respect and opportunities to her community.
After completing her education, Anamika noticed that many village women had traditional knowledge of spices, cooking, and natural products, but they lacked a proper platform. With courage and determination, she started *her brand* with a mission to make rural women self-reliant.
At first, the journey was full of challenges—limited resources, lack of support, and financial struggles. But Anamika never gave up. She motivated local women, trained them, and together they began producing authentic spices under hygienic and sustainable practices.

The Story of Co-Founder

Rahul Dev, elder brother of Founder Anamika Shakya, has always been her strongest supporter. He believed in her vision of empowering village women and stood by her as a guide and protector. With his leadership, management skills, and constant encouragement, Mr Dev helped transform a small idea into a growing mission. Together, the brother–sister duo are building a brand that carries the true spirit of their village.
